Jake’s Legacy GT on ROTA D2-EX

Jake is another loyal customer of ours and bought a set of RT-5 in 17×9 +42 for his Legacy. If you know anything about these cars they do not have much room for wide wheels, but he manage to stuff these under the wheel arches with a set of 245/40/17. He came back to us for his second set and decided to up his game by going even wider with a set of D2-EX in 18×9.5 +38. These definitely compliment the clean body lines on this Legacy.

Patrick has a pair of Subaru’s.The 2014 WRX with the Rota PWR aggressive look and the 2011 Legacy GT with the Linea Corse LC818 conservative style. They both look good in their own different ways and we won’t blame you for picking a favorite.

Throwback Thursday - Sirricealot’s Legacy 2.5i on 18×9.5 Hyper Black Rota Grids

Owner: Sirricealot on Nasioc
Car: 2008 Legacy 2.5i
Wheel: 18×9.5 Rota Grid - Hyper Black (5×100/e38/73hb)

Let’s take a look back at this Subaru Legacy we featured two years ago. The Legacy is one of the most underrated Subarus around but it can definitely be a practical and good looking daily driver when done right. Sirricealot did quite a fine job turning a typical compact executive car into a jawdropper.

Throwback Thursday - Bobby’s Legacy on 18×9.5 Linea Corse Lemans

Owner: Bobby
Car: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT
Wheels: 18×9.5 Linea Corse Lemans - Hyper Silver w/ Polished Lip (5×100/e30/73)
Tires: 225/40/18 Dunlop Star Specs
Suspension: Tein Flex Coilovers (-2.5 front camber and -2 rear)

We’ve shared these photos several times on our site already but they never seem to get old. Bobby had these wheels on his Legacy way back in June 2010 and had to wait for them 6 months prior to that. Now you don’t have to wait that long to rock these wheels since we currently have them in stock. :)

Keeping It Simple - Ryan’s Legacy on Rota Tarmac 3’s

Owner: Ryan
Car: 2006 Subaru Legacy
Wheels: 18×8 Rota Tarmac 3 - Hyper Silver(5×100/e48/56.1)
Tires: 225/40/18
Suspension: Tein S-Tech Lowering Springs

We all have different tastes when it comes to modifying cars. Some like to put every part there is on the catalog while some prefer the clean OEM look for their cars. Ryan is one of those people who like to keep it simple and says he likes the OEM feel that the Tarmac 3’s give to the car. He also tells us that he likes the fact that these wheels are hubcentric for Subarus. Amazing how a few tasteful mods can make a car look ten times better.

This is such a classic look. The wheels give the car such a mean stance, looks amazing!

WHEELDUDE.COM’S Annual Car of the Year Contest 2010

It’s been a tradition here at Wheeldude.com to give mad props to the dopest cars of the year rocking a set of Linea Corse or Rota wheels. Not just any cars with a set of wheels on and a drop, but cars with a good amount of time, effort, and pride put into them. In search of the créme de la créme, we’ve reached out to all the car communities we post on regularly.

WHO: The Wheeldude.com Car of the Year 2010 Photo Contest is open to all cars running Rota Wheels or Linea Corse Wheels.

WHAT: We would like to have a little photo contest as a sign of appreciation for all the interest, business, and exposure this forum has provided us.

If your car is currently sporting Rota/Linea Corse Wheels, just post up a couple of pictures of your car in the respective forum threads. Be sure to include your full name (last name can be abbreviated with the first letter) and the wheel model/color you are running.

WHEN: The deadline for the submission of nominations will be on November 30. After this date, we will pick the top 15 cars from the nominees posted on this thread. A new poll thread will then be created on December 1. The winners will be determined through the votes that you will be casting. Be sure to check out that thread too.

PRIZES: Please visit the sites below as each site has it’s own set of prizes for their respective cars.

The pictures that you will be posting in these threads will be the same pictures that will be displayed in a poll thread for each forum. So, make it count!
