This Agreement is to provide the client and Wheeldude.com piece of mind.

What Wheeldude.com will provide the following:

1. Email Notification of Agreement.
2. Wheels are ordered in the exact specs provided above.
3. Ship wheels from manufacturer. An Email Notification to client once container shipping manifest (boat) is received.
4. Ship our wheels once wheels are fully paid for.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot guarantee a time of arrival UNTIL we get a shipping manifest. It is approx. 2-3 Months for special order wheels are ordered/produced/shipped.  HOWEVER, there can be delays in production as we have learned…. PLEASE KEEP COMMUNICATION LINES OPEN.  If we are alerted of any delays of particular order we will notify you accordingly.  We review our special orders weekly so if there is significant delay, you will be notified.

What the client will provide:

1. A non-refundable deposit, as stated above, that will go towards the purchase of the wheel.
2. Pay Balance once notified of arrival of wheel. You will forfeit your deposit if the balance is not paid within 2 weeks of wheel arrival. (We found it worked best if the full payment is paid as soon as the wheels shipped from the manufacturer, this will expedite shipping and avoid any delays.)
3. Take a picture and post on wheeldude.com/gallery2 for a free shirt in exchange. email us @ support@wheeldude.com once you’ve posted the picture of your car w/ the special ordered wheels. (this is not mandatory.. but its a free shirt!)
