Tires: Bridgestone RE-11 265/35/18
We all know how much work you have to put on a car to get a feature on Modified Magazine. Dave did just that back in 2010 with his monster GC8 rocking 18×10 SVN-R’s in Flat Black. Dave was one of the first people to run these aggressive wheels which were intended to turn like its on rails at the track. Dave’s GC also ran some spacers to push the wheels out to +5 offset in the front and +1 offset in the rear to fill out those massive custom installed Jun S13 Silvia fenders. This has to be one of the craziest cars to ever grace the pages of wheeldude.com!

Car: 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX
Wheels: 18×10 Rota SVN-R - Hyper Black (5×100/114.3/E30/73)
Tires: 255/35/18 NT555
Suspension: Raceland coilovers
The days when you can’t run aggressive wheels on a daily driver are over. Take a look at Tyler’s WRX and you’ll see. According to him, these wheels compliment the newer “widebody” WRX and have just enough poke to be aggressive and you will still be able to run wide tires for those weekend mountain runs.
Tyler would like to thank his wife Sylvia, who pilots this car most days and for putting up with all the garage time Tyler has in it already!

Car: 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX
Wheels: 18×10 Rota SVN - Flat Black (5×100/114.3/E30/73)
Suspension: BC BR Coilovers
We can still remember the days when a wheel that had an offset lower than +48 was called aggressive. Fast forward to 2009, people would run 18×9.5 +38 wheels on their cars with just a few fender modifications. Nowadays, we notice a lot of customers purchase the SVN-R’s in 18×10 +30 to be put on their Imprezas. It goes to show that wheel fitment is a thing that is constantly evolving. It’s the people like Chan who push the boundaries of wheel fitment. It’s people like him that always keep the game “fresh”.

Owner: Brewer
Car: 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX
Wheels: 18×10 Rota SVN - Flat Black (5×100/114.3/E30/73)
Tires: 235/40/18 Hankook Ventus V12 EVO
Suspension: Stance GR+ coilovers(-2 camber all around)
Brewer is at it again! We featured his car a couple of months back when he was still running the 18×9.5 +30 Linea Corse Lemans. This time he’s going more aggressive! (Previous feature here.) He is currently running the 18×10 Rota SVN’s with some stretched 235/40/18 Hanook Ventus V12 Evos. We were surprised when he told us that he is only running -2 camber with a slight fender pull. On to the pictures.

Wheel:18×10 Rota SVN - Hyper Silver (5×100/114.3/E30/73)
Suspension: Coilovers
Who wants a great looking setup?! The lip on these wheels are a good size for a one piece wheel! These 18×10 Rota SVN-R are meant to look good and perform well on pretty much any car with fenders to fit them! The wheels are dual drilled, 5×100/114.3 to fit many vehicles. We JUST got these in again yesterday and we’re already super low on quantity. It seems we can’t ever keep these in stock!
Buy now, as I do we believe the wheel will be discontinued in this color.
Owner: Andrew
Car: 2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS(Ej20 swapped) - Custom Graphite Grey with Black Two Tone Paint
Wheels: 18×10 Rota SVN - White (5×100/114.3/E30/73)
Tires: 245/40/18
Suspension: Tein Flex Coilovers, Whiteline Sway bars, GT Spec rear control arms
Say hello to Andrew(aka rs420), one of our beloved Moderators on Nasioc. Some of you may have seen this car around the forums or perhaps you’ve seen his previous feature here on our site. Andrew changed things up a little bit like his new Tein Flex Coilovers but the biggest change he has done recently were the wheels. He switched his Matte Bronze Grids to something more aggressive. His current set up has a little bit of stretch but gives him adequate contact patch. The white SVN-R’s definitely pop out on his car. Good looking car as always, Andrew!

Owner: Rich
Car: 2008 Subaru Impreza STi
Wheels: Rota SVN-R 18×10 +30 - Custom Painted Grimmspeed Gold
Tires: Dunlop Direzza Star Spec 265/35/18
Suspension: BC BR Series Coilovers, WL rear camber kit, AP rear lower control arms, -2.7 front camber, -2.8 rear camber
Rich’s STI is back, still stuffing those meaty tires. Rich changed things up a little bit by painting the wheels Gold, a color that was never released for the SVN-R. He told us that he spent 10 hours prepping and painting the wheels. We say it was worth it!
Here’s Rich’s feature from a couple of months back:
