After a long week at SEMA, it’s time to give our FRS a wash! Not only that, we already have a new set of wheels mounted up on it. These are the Rota MXR’s in Royal Silver. We will be doing a city photo shoot tomorrow morning so stay tuned for that!

Scion FRS / Subaru BRZ owners look here! Grids in Full Royal Silver, White, and Titanium Chrome!

Owner: Wheeldude
Car: 2013 Scion FRS
Wheels: 18×9.5 Rota Grid - Full Royal Silver (5×100/e38/73)
Tires: 255/35/18
Suspension: Eibach Sportline Lowering Springs (Temp until our KW V3’s arrive)

When we said our FRS is the new wheel whore at the shop, we weren’t kidding. Seen below is our FRS on 18×9.5 +38 Rota Grids in 3 different finishes. Our FRS is currently lowered on the Eibach Sportline Springs, while we wait for our KW V3 coilovers to arrive from Germany. We chose to go with the 255/35/18 size tires to test the limits of the car’s suspension on just lowering springs. We can definitely say the car handles great as is with no fender rubbing either!

This was our first setup, the 18×8.5/18×9.5 setup. We ran the 235/40/18 & 245/40/18 tires. We had these laying around at our shop, so we figured.. why not? Do you like how they look?

WheelDude’s new FRS ….the company’s newest wheel whore :D

We just picked up an FRS for the shop a couple nights ago. Still waiting on some parts like coilovers, badges, reflectors, and couple other little things, but since we have a ton of wheels in the warehouse, we couldn’t help but to remove the ugly stock wheels

Excuse the ride height, we’ll be fixing that next week as soon as the coilovers we’re getting are off back order, KW Variant 3’s.

Gold Rota Grid: 18×8.5 +44 front, 18×9.5 +38 rear with 235/40/18 front and 245/40/18 rear.

Josh Riggins’s Scion FRS on 18×8.5/9.5 Grids

Name: Josh Riggins
Car: 2013 Scion FR-S
Wheel: 18×8.5/9.5 Rota Grid - Hyper Black (5×100/e44F/e38R/73)
Tire Size: 225/40R18 front / 245/45R18 rear
Suspension Set up: Stock for now

According to Josh, he is really liking the aggressive look with the staggered wheels. he plans on going to go with lower profile tires on the back wheels when he need to replace the tires but the wheels definitely give his car a different look. And he’s super happy with the choice of wheels he made.

Glad you made the right choice and went with the Grids Josh.
