STiKEDA on Nasioc.com has been on a mission to change the look of his 08 WRX. He had to be one of the lowest 08 owners before as he was even tucking tire at one point in time. He recently vinyl’d his car Matte Silver with the use of the 3M 1080 vinyl and refinished his originally GOLD G-Forces to now Florescent Yellow. The vehicle is definitely more of a neck breaker now.

Hey! Now it’s time for the newly revised 2011 Imprezas to get a little bit more love this spring and summer. Take advantage of those wider fenders, folks! Don’t even have to stretch the tires for Jim’s car either. He told us that at a full load with 2 people in the back seat, his WRX didn’t rub at all. Very functional setup, Jim!

Here’s a customer with a sense of humor on his custom license plate, “FWD FTL”. Not that we condone hatin’ on front wheel drive cars, I just thought it was funny. Nicely done ride with subtle mods like the front lip, hatch wing, rear diffuser, red tinted tail lights, and front grill.

So, yesterday afternoon, I-Club.com held their 10th annual I-Club.com meet. Subarus of all kinds showed up from all corners of Northern California! Wheeldude was on site to help out and show support. Special thanks to Daniel, Anna, Ave, all our fellow vendors (LIC Motorsports, Detail Addict, Speed Element, EQ Tuning, DB Tuned, etc), and anyone else who helped out at the meet. 10 years strong! It started at San Francisco’s Presidio district (I think?) with a bunch of 2.5RS’s and a few WRX’s, then Mount Hamilton in San Jose with about a dozen cars and grew to a couple hundred afterwards, to Fremont and then Stafford Lake in Novato for the past couple years, where attendance increased to 300+. Hate to sound so sentimental, but these people on I-Club have helped SubyDude.com grow to what WheelDude.com is today! Here’s to many more years and many more Suby friends.
