Customer: Josh Burgess
Car: 2006 Mitsubishi Evo
Wheels: Rota Grid 18×9.5 +20 - Cosmic Blue
Ah, a graphite gray Evo IX on cosmic blue Grids. Since it’s a 9.5″ width, this’ll require some elbow grease on your fenders to get these to fit properly. Not exactly a ton of people go for this fitment, but those who do, their rides look HOT.
Customer: Paul Beatty
Car: 2003 Subaru Impreza WRX
Wheels: Rota Grid 18×9.5 +38 - Matte Bronze
Here’s a very concave setup on a classic bugeye. Bronze with silver is always a solid combo. This setup’s becoming increasingly popular with our customers. It just looks soooo nice. Gotta love that Mines-style trunk lip spoiler too.
Customer: Jeremy Bousom
Car: Scion tC
Wheels: Rota DPT 18×9.5 +35 - Flat Black
This fitment on a tC looks siiicckkkk. Jeremy, get some photos of it outside so we can take a good look at the wheels on the whole car! Haha. Also, he’s rollin’ on tires with a 275 width. If you’re daring enough to wanna go this wide, feel free to ask us!
Customer: Josh Hook
Wheels: Rota DPT 18×9.5 +22 - White
Some of you might’ve seen this car around NASIOC.com! The owner goes by “grippy monkey” on that site. With the super aggressive +22 offset, he sure is pushing the limits of aggressive fitment on a Subaru. He’s got more flush on his ride than Phil Hellmuth Jr. poker hands.
The Dude’s 2002 world rally blue WRX that’s been through hell and back in the past year has a new set of kicks, Rota DPTs. Like a fresh pair of Air Force Jordans, this sexy rexy’s a good example of two classics working together. We’re aware the Rota DPTs were released less than a year ago, but they became an instant classic with our customers since then. A thread featuring these photos are also featured on NASIOC.com recently.
Customer: Ming Tan
Car: 2009 STi
Wheels: Rota DPT 18×9.5 +44 - Flat Black
Tires: Nitto NT05 265/35/18
Here’s a sweet aggressive setup from our customer, Ming Tan, who commented, “Wheel and tire fitment are perfect. You weren’t kidding when you said that these were practically tailor made for the 08/09. No rub at all. Everything seems to clear so far.”
Car: 1993 Lexus SC300
Wheels: Rota P45R 18×9.5 - Full Royal Sports Bronze
A member by the name of LMAOMAO on ClubLexus.com decided to have a little fun in his SC just to toss it around during an AutoX event at the El Toro Airfield. For you Ken Block fans, that’s where the 1st DC Shoes x Monster gymkhana video was filmed. This owner was rollin’ on an aggressively wide Rota P45R wheel setup. For those who are curious, he ended up 4th in the SST class with a time of 74.6, he believes. Remember folks, always enjoy the car you’re driving! If you have any more action shots of your car on Rotas at the track, AutoX event, or anything, feel free to give us a holler!
Customer: Shane Schruff
Car: 2008 STi
Wheels: Rota DPT 18×9.5 +44 Hyper Black
Shane’s 08 STi is rollin’ on a set of the new 18×9.5 DPT’s. The width of this wheel has quite a concave look to them. It’s a definite head turner! This setup will require fender rolling and some camber adjustments.
