The Dude’s 2002 world rally blue WRX that’s been through hell and back in the past year has a new set of kicks, Rota DPTs. Like a fresh pair of Air Force Jordans, this sexy rexy’s a good example of two classics working together. We’re aware the Rota DPTs were released less than a year ago, but they became an instant classic with our customers since then. A member by the name of LMAOMAO on ClubLexus.com decided to have a little fun in his SC just to toss it around during an AutoX event at the El Toro Airfield. For you Ken Block fans, that’s where the 1st DC Shoes x Monster gymkhana video was filmed. This owner was rollin’ on an aggressively wide Rota P45R wheel setup. For those who are curious, he ended up 4th in the SST class with a time of 74.6, he believes. Remember folks, always enjoy the car you’re driving! Shane’s 08 STi is rollin’ on a set of the new 18×9.5 DPT’s. The width of this wheel has quite a concave look to them. It’s a definite head turner! This setup will require fender rolling and some camber adjustments.
Popular wheel style in a new aggressive fitment! These may even fit 05+ STis with the right camber and fender rolling. Always feel free to contact us for fitment options or if you’re curious about running this size. It’s a 73 hub bore, therefore there are possibly other cars with the same bolt pattern that can run these. Also, we just released an 18×10 version of the SVN wheel style.
