Chan’s Slammed 09 WRX Sedan on Flat Black SVN-R’s

Owner: Chan
Car: 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX
Wheels: 18×10 Rota SVN - Flat Black (5×100/114.3/E30/73)
Suspension: BC BR Coilovers

We can still remember the days when a wheel that had an offset lower than +48 was called aggressive. Fast forward to 2009, people would run 18×9.5 +38 wheels on their cars with just a few fender modifications. Nowadays, we notice a lot of customers purchase the SVN-R’s in 18×10 +30 to be put on their Imprezas. It goes to show that wheel fitment is a thing that is constantly evolving. It’s the people like Chan who push the boundaries of wheel fitment. It’s people like him that always keep the game “fresh”.

Brewer’s Murdered Out 2004 WRX

Owner: Brewer
Car: 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX
Wheels: 18×10 Rota SVN - Flat Black (5×100/114.3/E30/73)
Tires: 235/40/18 Hankook Ventus V12 EVO
Suspension: Stance GR+ coilovers(-2 camber all around)

Brewer is at it again! We featured his car a couple of months back when he was still running the 18×9.5 +30 Linea Corse Lemans. This time he’s going more aggressive! (Previous feature here.) He is currently running the 18×10 Rota SVN’s with some stretched 235/40/18 Hanook Ventus V12 Evos. We were surprised when he told us that he is only running -2 camber with a slight fender pull. On to the pictures.

Dan’s Evolution X was chosen out of many vehicles as part of our showcase at SEMA 2012! The Hyper Blue finish is a special-order finish only.

Denis’ WRX on 18×10 Titanium Chrome G-Forces

Owner: Denis
Car: 2006 WRX
Wheels: 18×10 Rota G-Force - Titanium Chrome (5×100/e35/73)
Tires: 245/40/18
Suspension: Tein flex coilovers(-3 camber all around)

We recently released the 18×10 G-Forces in Titanium Chrome and Denis was one of the first to jump on them. These wheels are pretty aggressive but are easier to fit compared to the other 18×10 wheels that we offer. We are still waiting for more pics from Denis but these will do for now. Stay tuned for another feature! :)

rs420’s 02 Subaru WRX Bugeye on 18×10 +30 Rota SVN-R in White

Owner: RS420 on nasioc
Car: 2002 Subaru WRX
Wheels: 18×10 Rota SVN - White (5×100/114.3/e30/73)
Suspension: Coilovers
We don’t get SVN-R’s in very often, but as of right now we have a very limited amount in stock, if you were in the market for a set, consider purchasing now as they will sell out soon! We also have them in stock in Flat Black color, click here.

It’s rare to find a clean bug eye now days, luckily RS420 is one of the few remaining to still have his through all these years. In the photos, he’s running the signature 18×10 +30 Rota SVN-R in white. The wheels are dual drilled with a 73 hub bore, so these fit a large number of cars!

If you happen to be on Facebook, click here to “like” his photo in the Nasioc on Facebook contest!

Arthur’s Track Monster - STI on 18×10 Rota DPTs

Owner: Arthur Lam
Car: 2007 SWP Subaru Impreza WRX STI
Wheels: 18×10 Rota DPT - Gloss Black(5×100/114.3/e35/73)
Tires: 275/35/18 Continental Slicks
Suspension: RCE Tarmac 2 Coilovers
Nasioc Build thread: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2190223

Arthur, better known as alcoolaid on the forums, bought his STI back in August of 2007. He started modding it within the first few weeks of owning the car and he found himself running stage 2 in no time. After trying out the car in Auto-X and some track days, the track bug caught Arthur and the rest was history. Arthur has spent countless hours working on his car and we must say that this is one of the most awesome builds we’ve ever seen.

Arthur and some of his friends from APL motorsports recently attended a track day at Pacific Raceways. Matt Kwok took some nice photos at the event and it is a pleasure to have them on our site.

Some action shots.

Andrew’s Bugeye Now on 18×10 White SVN-R’s

Owner: Andrew
Car: 2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS(Ej20 swapped) - Custom Graphite Grey with Black Two Tone Paint
Wheels: 18×10 Rota SVN - White (5×100/114.3/E30/73)
Tires: 245/40/18
Suspension: Tein Flex Coilovers, Whiteline Sway bars, GT Spec rear control arms

Say hello to Andrew(aka rs420), one of our beloved Moderators on Nasioc. Some of you may have seen this car around the forums or perhaps you’ve seen his previous feature here on our site. Andrew changed things up a little bit like his new Tein Flex Coilovers but the biggest change he has done recently were the wheels. He switched his Matte Bronze Grids to something more aggressive. His current set up has a little bit of stretch but gives him adequate contact patch. The white SVN-R’s definitely pop out on his car. Good looking car as always, Andrew!

Rich’s STI is Better Than Ever - 18×10 Rota SVN-R

Owner: Rich
Car: 2008 Subaru Impreza STi
Wheels: Rota SVN-R 18×10 +30 - Custom Painted Grimmspeed Gold
Tires: Dunlop Direzza Star Spec 265/35/18
Suspension: BC BR Series Coilovers, WL rear camber kit, AP rear lower control arms, -2.7 front camber, -2.8 rear camber

Rich’s STI is back, still stuffing those meaty tires. Rich changed things up a little bit by painting the wheels Gold, a color that was never released for the SVN-R. He told us that he spent 10 hours prepping and painting the wheels. We say it was worth it!

Here’s Rich’s feature from a couple of months back:

Zoeb’s 350Z on 18×10/18×11 Flat Black Rota MXR’s

Owner: Zoeb of Wheeldude.com
Car: 2004 Nissan 350z
Wheels: 18×10/18×11 Rota MXR - Flat Black (5×114.3/e20F, e20R/73hb)
Tires: 245/35/18 front and 265/35/18 rear
Suspension: Megan Coilovers

Zoeb’s 350Z is looking serious with the new Rota MXR’s in Flat Black! The fronts are 18×10 +20 while the rears are 18×11 +20. The Z’s wide factory fenders can fit these wheels easily. This particular set up was put together as a custom set just for this application. Did you know that we can also do that for you? Just send us an email at sales@wheeldude.com or give us a call at 510-490-3833 if you need a custom set and we’ll try our best to put together something for you!
